I am fairly certain I have everything up to date, everything on the server has been updated to 26.1.2, however bedrock players are still unable to join. I updated and reupdated everything about 20 different times.

Set clone-remote-port to true in the GeyserMc config. Save & restart.
Try joining with your Java ip and port.

your geyser config is like that?
then you can try setting the port to be the same as Java's port in server.properties, that basically does the same thing as clone-remote-port
