are you self-hosting this on a computer, or do you use a hosting ? if so wich one?

short tinsel
#

im self hosting it

runic star
#

have you portforwarded in your router?

short tinsel
#

well i use playit and my own machine

runic star
#

ok

#

and you have set up playit to use port 25560 for bedrock?

short tinsel
#

no im currently just trying to use the ###.###.#.# and the port

#

but java has a playit

runic star
#

the java playit tunnel ONLY handles TCP ports, NOT UDP, so you need to set up an ADDITIONAL bedrock port tunnel

short tinsel
#

k i was just trying to use the ip of my machine and the port but i will do that

#

is the bedrock port diffrent to the java port

runic star
#

that depends on your setup, i dont know your java port, but you set geyser to listen to port 25560

short tinsel
#

?????????

#

so i have put the address from playit into bedrock and kept the port as 19132

runic star
#

you cant do that when your geyser is set to listen to port 25560 the dump you sent tells you, and me, that you have configured geyser to listen to THAT port. #1487381391124463740 message

#

but if you WANT to use the standard bedrock port 19132 to make it easier on your users, you can. Then you just have to change your geyser config to use that port, restart your server, and make sure the playit.gg config also uses that port

short tinsel
#

so i have my java server running on 25565 and my bedrock according to the config file is on
address: 0.0.0.0
port: 19132

runic star
#

yes?

short tinsel
#

and how do i fix it?

runic star
#

fix what?

short tinsel
#

The bedrock not working it doesnt show up when i try to add the server it just sits there and trys to ping

runic star
#

well, did you make sure your bedrock playit tunnel is also configured to use port 19132 aswell?

short tinsel
#

yes

runic star
#

make a new geyser dump please

Please try a connectiontest from your servers console. This will attempt to connect to your bedrock server from outside. It can give valuble information if this is reachable from the internet at all.

#

!!connectiontest

how do i fix that

runic star
#

you have changed the config since your last dump, now you dont run geyser on port 19132 anymore. and you obviously cant connectiontest to 12.34.56.78. Thats NOT your playit-ip its an EXAMPLE

short tinsel
#

oh

#

so i put the ip under the word address into with the port as the port its running on

#
