I am trying to figure out why I am getting this output when I run /geyser offhand while holding a stone pickaxe

I am running Geyser Velocity, with McXboxbroadcast, server is on paper 1.21.11

Did you set up permissions properly?

Proxies usually don't have permission handlers.

Did not realize I needed proxy-based permission plugin for this, but that's probably where I'm going wrong, thanks.
