Hello, I am posting for my mom. My mom plays Minecraft and created a realm for some of the family to go play in both on PC and console. She downloaded the geyser plug in and followed a YT video on how to set it up. It caused her chat to stop working in game. She has checked all of her settings and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game. We are not sure what else to do. So I was wondering if this is common and if y’all have a solution?

Geyser doesn’t change any java behaviours, this is most likely caused by something else
As the error says, does anything happen if you press T again?

You cant even install Geyser on realms servers, point still stands tho that this is caused by something else

it wouldn’t work on vanilla minecraft servers
Geyser is a plugin/server-side mod, you would need to use Paper or Fabric as your server software to use Geyser
