You'll have to update Geyser to the latest version to support 1.21.131.

Nothing else you can do besides do that to solve your issue.

However, the latest version of Geyser-Fabric does only support 1.21.11 Java Edition.

So, you'll need to update your Java Edition version on the server to 1.21.11 Java Edition for Geyser-Fabric to be able to function properly.
