Inventories and E Chests wiping? Maybe geyser/floodgate?

Exactly what the title says. Inventories and ender chests are wiping when players log back into the server, its happening constantly to numerous people, i saw online it could be because of floodgate and geyser, wrong versions or something?

This issue is caused by offline mode, the only known solution is to enable online mode. Also note we don't support offline mode servers.

everything works with floodgate/geyser, bedrock players are joining everything is perfect. its just inventories wiping, mostly java players this is happening to, this could maybe not be an issue iwth u guys, but im just trying to see to confirm if it is or isnt yk, and what? u mean the "."

Possible problems:

• Your server is running inside a docker container, please make sure the Geyser port (using UDP) is exported out to the host. If you're using Pterodactyl panel then you need to make sure you have allocated the port to the server.
• You aren't on the latest Geyser version! Please download the latest version.

I'm gonna say this isn't Geyser nor floodgate, since they don't touch server behaviour like that, but just to confirm you can try recreate this with just Geyser and floodgate

I read stuff abt this online, some other ppl having this issue with 1.21.10 geyser, we made sure online mode is true, it has to be something we configured wrong

playerys have a hard time connecting to the server ever since we installed geyser, along with their uuids wiping as i mentioned, im just getting super frustrated. ive tried everything
