Bedrock players getting kicked instantly

I am running a 1.21.10 Java Spigot server, and bedrock players have been able to join when I was on 1.21.7(back when bedrock was 1.21.7), but after I updated, I started receiving this issue, the black background image is my console, the brown is the error a bedrock player gets. Is there something I'm missing or am needing to do? Also is the "geyser dump" command done in discord or the console?
