using neoforge and floodgate, crash when connecting

im using neoforge 1.21.9 with geyser and floodgate and everytime i try to connect to it with java or bedrock, the server crash with this error. I deleted every other mods to really get down to the problem, i followed both setup config for geyser and floodgate, im at a loss, pls help
