#Fabric 1.21.6 Resource pack not loading

So I'm guessing, java players do get resource pack, bedrock players don't.
It's because the resource packs that you add in server.properties only go to java.
If you want to give the bedrock players a resource pack, you'll have to add a converted/bedrock resource pack ending with .mcpack in config/Geyser-Fabric/packs
and obv restart after adding packs
I converted the file to an .mcpack and put it in the config/Geyser-Fabric/packs location. Does it need to match the java pack location?
That was a weird question...I am using bisect hosting for the server, so the java resource pack is ported from a zip file in dropbox. Should I make the .mcpack the main resource pack for the server as a whole?
Sorry, im really bad with resource packs
So you put the .mcpack in the pack folder, that's good, and you did the bedrock part correctly. Now dw about the java resource pack, the java one and it's dropbox link is completely unrelated to the bedrock one.
the .mcpack one is only for bedrock, the .zip one on Dropbox should have it's link in server.properties and it's only for java
I got it all set up and reset, but it still is not registering it, and when I look at the bedrock settings in game, the required pack checkbox is not marked, but it is set to true in configure.
So you put the .mcpack in the packs folder right? You also have to set force-resource-packs to true in geyser config
yes
After a restart, it should work
"The resource pack _MConverter.eu_nice_mobs_rp.mcpack has a file in it that meets or exceeds 80 characters in its path"
Is there a way around this?
Well thats one positive lol
Also, someone I should mention is that most converters don't work...
Especially resource packs that are 1.21.4+ since there were changes that broke a lot of them
Yea, I found that out after a couple failed attempts lol
Sorry, last follow up. If I prune the packs for the files to fit do you think that would work?
If you do it correctly I think it would work (but I don't know how to do that myself)
