Unable to connect

Bedrock players are unable to connect using the main IP

Version Info:

Tested bedrock version: 1.21.81

Other users are also having the issue.

Default server IP is srv875334.hstgr.cloud:25565
(No issue connecting to this IP)

The server IP having the issue is noxra.pro on port 19132.
I've attached screenshots of the configuration as well as the bedrock client successfully pinging the server using this IP but still being unable to connect.

No errors are thrown in the console.
