Pirating Minecraft is against Minecraft Eula and is also illegal in most places
A genuine account is required to play servers and you’re prompted to sign into one of you try to join a featured server on bedrock
Making an Xbox account isn’t hard, if you’re on Windows or Xbox you would’ve already had an account if you bought the game, plus making an account is free on Bedrock

And because of what most servers are without XBox and other licenses, this applies to both Java and Bedrock.
I'd argue thats not the case, but im more familiar with servers that require a paid account, as opposed to you mostly knowing cracked servers
I think this is not the case, there are many large projects of 3,000 online, the secret is that they use plugins to register directly in game, for example /reg <come up with a password>, and to log in /login <password>. This allows you to attract maximum online, And at the same time, do not violate the security of accounts.
That doesn't change the fact that this still violates minecraft's eula and it is still piracy as you're playing minecraft without buying the game
I don't think so either, players play on the same pirate servers through the launchers, also without buying the game, and Mojang does not interfere with this in any way, and even supports the initiative to release cores with the ability to disable xbox, and plug-ins that promote this.
I don't think I can blame you for that, because 70% of Minecraft players play without XBox or other licenses.
Level Up!
You leveled up to level 1!
This again, doesn't change the fact its piracy, and is the literal definition of piracy. Its still Mojang's game that contains Mojang's code, if they really wanted to they can very easily interfere with cracked servers and launchers
But over the years, more than one pirate server has not been hacked (if you count major projects) Some hacked, but they were only a few, and the creator of the server decides whether to install piracy or not.
I sincerely hope that you will at least think about realizing it...
