currently having issues with connections from some users, some players can connect and some others can't connect, mcsrvstat shows the bedrock cant be reached but some people can connect normally

Possible problems:

Your server is running inside a docker container, please make sure the Geyser port (using UDP) is exported out to the host. If you're using Pterodactyl panel then you need to make sure you have allocated the port to the server.

nvm mcstat is okay, connecting normaly, i wasn't using the proper port on it
