Yo 🙂 So I wanted to play hypixel on my ios device’s MC PE. So I went down the rabbit hole of figuring out how to do that using Geyser as a proxy server through my laptop. I installed geyserMC standalone file and also installed a java server from Advantium for connections sake, also configured the config.yml file to appropriate ports and server addresses for both bedrock and remote sections. Ran the geyser program— worked fine with the correct port, and used my laptop’s IP for the server address on my phone and… it “couldn’t connect to the world”. So I troubleshooting by fixing firewall access, double-checking correct server addresses and ports on the yml file, and restarted my laptop. But the annoying issue still persists. How can I fix this? Assistance my kind and smart peopleeeeee 😄

Use Geyserconnect instead if you’re just using Geyser to connect to a java server and not setting it up on your own
Also, should warn you that you can easily get banned on hypixel. Because of how strict their anticheat is, you can be banned simply for being on bedrock
