I am using Geyser-Velocity and am encountering some strange glitches.

It is that the symbols do not display on some devices using the Bedrock version.

For example, when connecting from a smart phone, the symbol is displayed, but when connecting from a PC using the Bedrock version, the symbol is displayed as an “X”.

If I'm to guess, pc version of bedrock doesn't have the same symbols as your phone

Because whenever you're on a device that doesn't have certain emojis, no matter what you're on, it either renders as an x in a box or a question mark

and I mean no matter what as in outside of minecraft too
