Offline mode usage isn't supported here
Also this isn't really a Geyser issue, Luckperms is kicking them with .ArtemMiner9847 doesn't currently have data pre-loaded - denying login., Therefore this is an issue with luckperms since thats kicking them.
If you haven't already, you can allow invalid usernames in luckperm's config, not sure if that will help
