#Bedrock can't join

Hello everyone.
I am facing an issue where bedrock users can't connect. I am hosting the server locally using CasaOS/Crafty (Paper server) and set up the tunnels via playit.gg however the Bedrock version gets a "Unable to connect to world" message.

I have currently set up the port in the config file to be the bedrock default and have set clone-remote-port to true.
However I have also tested with the actual server port and it's still not working.

This is not working when trying to join with the local IP either, so doesn't seem to be a playit.gg issue.
I have the default ports and the port I'm using on the server properly configured in Crafty.

Have anyone faced the same issue?

Found errors in the log!

See below for details and possible fixes

Unable to connect to world

This means that the Bedrock client cannot find the server specified.
If you have not already, follow our setup instructions. Then, check the server console for any errors.
To verify Bedrock clients can connect, you can try running the geyser connectiontest <ip>:<port> command with your server IP and Geyser port.

Additionally, there are various fixes for this on our wiki, please see here.

Many people have had issues with this particular setup. I would just flat out not recommend it. If you want a panel use something like pterodactyl that has a larger user base and a more standard OS like Ubuntu/Debian/RHEL
