problem during Whitelist

When I try to whitelist the players to my server the players who are resently created I'd can't whitelist only the players who have old account only they can whitelist is there any solution to whitelist new I'd also ?

If whitelisting using the username does not work, you can get the Bedrock player's Floodgate UUID here and whitelist it instead.
