To fix issues with luckperms not recognizing Bedrock players, you can set allow-invalid-usernames to true in LuckPerms’ config.

after you've enabled that and restarted your server, you should be able to give bedrock players ranks by however you were doing it before this

You dont need to type anything in the console for this
In the server files go in the luckperms config and find allow-invalid-usernames, set it from false to true
