either us or ViaVersion are causing a duplicate via-encoder handler in the netty pipeline, for some reason, this doesn't occur on paper

@modern yew i put my server on 1.20.2 paper and i can join on bedrock now but viabackwards doesnt work, why is this so?

via versions works not viabackwards tho
