Have just been running the build on fabric (geyser & floodgate) for 1.20.5 for the past hour or so and its been playing fine on bedrock & java other than some block destroy pos mismatches with grass & tall grass (not sure if this is helpful but i thought i'd share)

I found a possible issue. This isn't a bug, but its a parity issue.

If you change the attribute for Player Cam Height on Java, it does not effect bedrock players.

1.20.5 had quite a few major changes, such as completely changing how all items work (moving from NBT, to components). Then, e.g. paper also had some changes (move from spigot mappings to mojmap), and fabric has a new networking api..
there's a lot of changes, but that's all. Not all updates usually take this long

Hiya geyser had been running super smoothly, just upgraded the server to 1.20.6 and can no longer interact with chests or pressure plates on bedrock. I assume this is not supported yet then but i can successfully join the server.

It could be a matter of a few hours before your feature or bug is fixed, or a few months. Sometimes we hit roadblocks or run into issues that we didn't expect. Does anyone know if Bedrock 1.20.80 supports custom banner patterns, and if Geyser for 1.20.5 will have any way to correctly translate Java's new data driven banner patterns to Bedrock (custom) patterns?

I don't think that Bedrock currently does support it, but you'll get a definitive answer in the e.g. bedrock add-ons discord
