Notified this to the GO's ( Bellatrix Van Detta, Hysteria ) But they are .. clueless ..
even if i say (for example) i can't go on the mobile app. these people just tell me to power off/up my computer.. 🥲
(And yeah.. this really happend)..

Can't seem to get in touch with a real tech support. And if i report my troubles about this .. i just get blocked or a ban..

So just take my money?

Can't seem to delete them, took this up with the GO's but they don't know what they are saying.. They urge me to make a GF account and link it ..

Already linked it, and i can't make any tickets without a GF-account so i know that's not the problem. Only thing to do seems to just pay DM ..

Someone keeps attacking us and i just want to delete a couple planets and start new colonies somewhere else. The game won't let me.. i refuse to put real money into this.

Myself (Apple) and my Girlfriend (Android) can't login through the app. even logging in with FB or Google just returns to login page (.. try later ..)

Seems like the game only works for 60%... but as long as it brings in money i guess

You need a "full" account for deleting, because it asks for a password, which the app-accounts don't have.

Thanks, i'll check this out to be sure. But i played this before fb existed, i already had a account with Email and i just linked it last month with my fb to login smoother

are you playing on app or browser?

and 2nd, is your planet doing anything at all when you are trying to delete? because game will refuse to delete planet if the planet is being used to upgrade a building, research tech, building fleet/defense, etc

you can check with relocation as that one tells you why you can't move a planet, reasoning is the same validations for deleting (as relocating is just deleting and the game creates a copy where you wanted)

btw all of this is on the browser, I'm not even sure app let's you relocate and delete planets lol
