#(CLOSED) Can't log in, can't contact support

I'm not sure if I even wrote this in a good place now that I think about it, but I can't contact the support, as I need to be logged in to do so.

So, I've been online most of the time. If not on the browser then on mobile. After coming back home and trying to open OGame in the browser, I can't log in to my acc neither on my browser or on mobile. Apparently either my email or pass is incorrect. I've checked, it's good, but no matter. I changed it, since I figured it would be easier than to argue whether I mistyped something or forgot. So I use my new password, that I JUST changed into and... Still incorrect.
I did it 3 times now, I think. It doesn't work. I can't log in.
I play on the newest PL server. Xuange. I can provide further info in a private message, as I don't feel comfortable sharing my mail publicly.

@civic shore did you try accessing the game from another Internet access point (ie IP) ?

You can also try to empty your browser cache or try to connect using incognito mode for some people it helps

Yeah, that one didn't let me log in either. But I didn't try logging from a different place until now. Sort of. It looks like me using Brave browser was not appreciated. Just for the kicks, I tried logging in with Firefox and it ran. And after logging in through Firefox, I could go back to using Brave as normal. So, I guess everything works now.

Brave has an internal vpn if I'm not mistaken and vpns are not allowed on OGame, you should check that

Yeah, but it's optional. Like with Opera GX.

It could also be possible that Brave built-in anti-adds and anti-tracking features make OGame unhappy, there are obviously a bunch of filters based on IP/browser session so..

Could be. Maybe Brave was blocking some plugin. Anyway, yeah. Once I logged in from a different browser it runs normally.

@civic shore if u use brave, i dont have that error usually, but sometime even with open lobby if i log in to one of the unis i play i wont let me enter. a few time ago i enter on chrome or firefox and the next day it was okay, but now if i end the task of brave in the task manager, one or twice sometimes, after that i can enter
