nah the blackjack has no arms. i think it's distincive and it keeps true to the spirit of the enforcer, a big slow stompy medium with 2 big cannons. (although i still prefer the original enforcer, it's a nice mech)

other reason I built it this way was as a tribute to a style of mech construction you saw during the succession wars, wherein people often used other mechs with different parts to simulate something previously unavailable at the moment, like in the case of the charger SB, or the SHD-2k.
