I just got the Mode Envoy and it's a beauty. Mirage with mirror weight and accent.

I'm struggling to get rid of this super hollow sound on the top left corner. Do you guys tighten the screws all the way or what's the strategy here?

I'm currently using MX black HG with 62.5 triple long springs and abs keycaps. Also using the black gaskets.

It's generally advised not to tighten the screw all the way. I can't speak for others, but I've added foam to help give it a bit of a fuller sound signature too.

I barely tighten the screws on it. I’ve noticed it helped with my unit (mirage and PC both). I did end up opting to use plate foam in my current config

I tightened my screws about half way, I opted for a plate foam (no case foam) for mine as my pom plate was giving me some reverberation that I could feel in my fingers as I was typing

Nice. I took out the screws and it does sound much better! Thanks for the tip. I kept one screw on the right shift just to hold it down.
