Hey, I have been playing this game for the last 2 years. Though investing in the development of the game with new updates, the purchase of my Club membership is not provided to me after the deduction.

I request the support staff to please look into this matter very seriously my payment should be refunded or else I should be awarded a lifetime membership. For such a bug.

Request the developer to create a repository for the update of a bug for the in-game purchase on a serious note.fau fau

We will see about the lifetime membership, please try this step first:

Delete app cache
Settings > Apps > First Strike > Delete App Cache

Now my previous purchase is also gone.

Yes, now please click the Restore Purchases button in, I think, the settings menu

After you press that button all purchases, including your subscription should be reinstated. Enjoy 🙂

No update after purchase

All purchases to Restore, are not working.

I will inform the dev team and they will reach out to you. In the meantime, if you want you could delete not the cache, but full App Data and try restoring purchases then. I'm convinced that should help, otherwise I hope someone from the team can contact you shortly to help you on this issue. I'm sorry that this is happening to you :/

The transaction of points is successfully made and I share the screenshot of my purchase time all previous purchases are also gone after the catch data removal process. Which you told me last night. I am very disappointed regarding the service in your development.
All the money is wasted.

Hello @obsidian solstice , we apologize for this issue. It seems like a file may have gotten corrupted in the background and because of that, the app doesn't recognize that the subscription is active.

Ultracomfy already gave the advice I would have given as well, like clearing the game cache and app data because it has fixed the issue other times. Also uninstalling the app and reinstalling it is always worth a try.

I can give you a Nuclear Club promo code as compensation for the trouble. For that you would cancel the subscription in your Google Play settings:

I said that the game is not recognizing the purchase. I acknowledge that you have made the purchase, but obviously you are here because the game does not recognize that you purchased nuclear club. Nuria, from Blindflug Studio's development team, reached out to you this morning at 8:48AM, which is about as quick as you can be, and she is being beyond excellent to you. Please, take the time to go through the detailed steps to see whether it fixes the issue.

In your correspondence, please remember that it is not Blindflug which handles transactions. Subscriptions are handled by Google, and you will have to go to your Google Settings to manage these subscriptions.
