Hello! Updated the GOG version of the game and started a fresh save file to play the new tutorial. I am having lots of freezings (it wasn't happening before) and in the city the game froze and I was forced to close it. I was running around to see the city. I was close to the blacksmith when this major freezing happened

Same here. I've almost did all the quest parts, exited city and re-enter then this
Seems like if you didn't finish the quest on time (before everyone closes for the day) you got crash

I tried replicating this, but I just ended up passing out at 3am
the only big difference is that I completed just two tasks out of six, but that sounds irrelevant anyway

Yeah. I paused the game to afk a bit while doing the quest

I have the same issue, my game freeze because I coulnd't go to sleep with quest not telling me to go to sleep
