During opening hours as well as after closing, the mop, housekeeper, and waitress will ignore messes on the floor. I'll have to go through and clean them up myself occasionally, or my tavern beauty score will take a hit.

this actually happened to me as well today
weirdly it only seemed to start once i started going outside. idk if that helps. i had 2 days with full staff and the enchanted mop for the first time. the second day i started venturing outside while the tavern was open, but the ignored messes were made when i was inside. there were only 2 and it was at the very end of the day during last call. they were made as the staff was leaving and the broom just didn’t clean them.

The next time you see this occur, take the save file before you go to sleep for the day, and then either
A. quit to desktop and grab the playlog that will be generated for that session or
B. Finish the day and sleep (aka save) then grab the playerlog

Next patch v0.6.4.10 will include changes that will protect the floor cleaning system to prevent these things from happening
