It looks like either a windows issue or a steam issue. Try restarting your computer. If that doesn’t work try reinstalling steam.

I started about 3 other games, and they all started normally. It seems like this is the only game where the problem occurs.

Verify the integrity of your files. Did you do any to cause this? Did you change some setting? Have you ever been able to load TR correctly?
Clearly the game is running but it’s not displaying. I would contact steam firstly.

It was displayed without any problem until now.
The problem may have been caused by using ALT+ENTER to display it in full screen when I was in window mode for the first time today.
If you go full screen in the current state, a small red square is displayed in the center.

I would wait a little while to get the abilities of the staff I liked, then go to bed and move on to the next day, check on the staff, and if I didn't like them, I would go back to the title. On the day the problem occurred, I did something different than usual: I went to settings and switched between window mode and full screen mode. I think it's about switching to full screen with ALT + ENTER when in window mode.

go to steam library < right click the game < Properties < under general, Launch options type -full. if that doesn't work try -windowed.

This game was working even on the day the screen stopped displaying, so I'm confused as to whether it's a problem with my PC or the game itself.
I haven't installed any new software or programs on my PC, or changed any settings, so I don't know what's causing it.
Will this save data be able to be loaded normally by everyone else?

When the resolution is fixed in the startup options, it is now displayed.
