go in settings,roles,new roles and you can look at what cities are open in s162

when s163 is created,only 16 cities are open in s162

so when you see 16 cities in s162 closely monitor when s163 opens

OR

the better option

when the last cities in s162 are open

join those

make sure to keep cc under lvl 12 (so you can use the green pass thingy to go to s163)

and just gather resources and troops

so youre the best when s163 opens
