is this a permenant buff like "sic'em"?
or a temporary one that resets on resting?
or per cast... which wouldnt work on channeled skills and would only reach max value if a single spell cost 250 mana

It’s semi permanent in that the amount keeps building but it refreshes when you rest or fast travel.

ahhh ok so its "spend 250 mana after each refresh" to get max effect then... that helps. still needs a more detailed in game descriptor tho, ty

Yeah it would be nice if it was a bit more distinct in game for sure. At least now you know and can decide if you think it’s worth investing in!
