On ps5 the Sic Em! talent is bugged for me, the bird will appear, but it won't hit the target nor fly back to me rewarding the spirit.

Uninstalling and then reinstalling seems to have fixed the problem.

The bug happened again after playing for a while, but I read on reddit someone said it would be fixed in a patch next week.

Just close and open the game again. For me sometimes need to do 3 times in a row. (PS5)

Hasn’t ever worked properly for me. It spawns but is frozen, my bonus does not raise.
