There’s no real a solution to fix the dupe problems since it’s one part storage of the blind bags probably and how quick employees have to do their job when orders are placed

We've got it figured out. It was just the first box that didnt get mixed. We have a pretty good grasp on the order range effected and we've been directing those orders to reach out to customer service. It seems like it only effected a few very early orders. Everything was mixed properly, just like a minute or two late.

When we get the boxes from the factory, they are properly distributed. A box will have the right ratio of each type. Then the warehouse just mixes those around again to make sure a pile of one variety isnt in one spot within the box. Its a pretty simple/fool proof process. The reason we couldn't figure it out is because we did request the warehouse mix them, and they did. It took a little while to figure out exactly when they mixed them.

The future plan is to do the same thing but just delay launches an extra day or something so we know that they are mixed before the day of launch and not the day of.
