I mean in ZA at least, as long as you don’t kill it or let it flee, you can have up to 10 shinies save at once, so you can repeatedly teleport to a location to reset all the non-shiny pokemon there

Zone 3 is the best place to practice. It has Pokémon that are violent, will flee, but are low level so easy to catch. The stairs in the back make it really easy to reset too, so it’s optimal for learning the skills in ZA
