It’s actually a fun story! I may have told it here?

I did not! Anyway I sent this to someone a couple days ago so I’ll just paste it here

But it made my ZA experience much more meaningful

Here’s a little story. I shiny hunted hawlucha in Ultra Moon (hatching eggs) as soon as I could in that game. And that hawlucha has been my friend to the end yk? And I went into this game, and I thought “oh I’ll just transfer my buddy here! Then he can mega evolve!” But earlier, I was walking on a random roof. And on a building I can’t reach, there he was. A shiny hawlucha… just like… my favorite buddy. I was shocked, and scared and my heart sunk because there he was, where I couldn’t reach him. I inched as close to the edge of my building that I could, but it wasn’t enough and in my hubris… I slipped. BUT, there was a very thin ledge! It just barely caught me! And then… he noticed me!!! He flew right over, and I caught him in a dusk ball to match his beautiful feathers. I know it was aggro, but it feels like my buddy rushed over to meet me! One of my favs? That I had shiny? It must be ✨ destiny ✨

Im a little stupid, I have found 2 shinies thus far, both jingled AS I was falling off a roof. First was my stupid lil trubbish and the other was a budew that took 5 minutes to find 💀, and when I found it it spawned in so late to me arriving that the second it appeared it began its fleeing animation and disappeared. 😭 💀

Fun fact! If you like large pokemon, pokemon revived from fossils can be alphas! You can tell right from the get go because it’ll revive at level 35 instead of 20!

i just beat round 50 of the eternal battle reverie in legends arceus
the battle reverie is honestly such a slog but it's almost comical how much weavile and sneasler completely trivialize it

the gist of it is that speed is king in pla and weavile has high enough speed that you can pretty much get an infinite combo going just spamming ice shard while alternating between agile and regular style
and sneasler has quick attack to do the same thing but for even longer

You need Pokémon bank. Once you have that and a subscription to home, you can go through the transfer process described on screen.
