Does anyone have proper binder recommendations?, I have like 3 and theyre all 3 ring but I've heard those are bad and damaging (someone please elaborate on that)

I should probably also get some card sleeves, any recommendations on that?

it’s only bad if you overstuff the binder bc the cards closest to the rings will bend over time

as for binders, I’ve heard good things about vaultx (I have one myself) but really any binder that zips closed is good 👍🏼 as for sleeves penny sleeves are a good cheap option! ik there are some sleeves that have a tighter fit for the card so there’s less movement depending on where you’re storing them but that’s like if you want to grade them me thinks

I was looking through my binder bc i was considering trying to collect all of Primal Clash

Like I wanna make a master set

But I realized looking through i dont actually have that many primal clash cards at all 😓,
I might actually try and get a master set of Phantom Forces instead since I have so many of the cards

The whole thing is, I have a lot of the phantom forces standard cards, so that'd make it easier to complete plus majority of the ex are full arts n such are reasonably cheap. Only problem is gengar just exists, enough an issue to burn a hole in one's wallet, and the more time you spend saving money for them the higher their price goes

And then on the other hand, I am simply very fond of primal clash, but I have much less of the cards and the set list is longer

1. the biggest reason I need something new is because the current binders are damaging my cards. Pretty much all of my cards are a little bent inward, even in one of my thinner binders

Ive heard people say that happens to the cards that are closest to the rings, but for some reason its the case for literally every card no matter their position on the page

2. idrk how to actually do a master set 😓 😓. I'm not sure if im supposed to get every card, and by that i mean EVERY card, like cards that have holo variants and such, or just one copy of the card regardless of what variant it is. And i dont have one of those players guides for the set so I dont know which cards that variant stuff even applies to

I think the second point is subjective but from my understanding it’s getting a copy of each variant of that card (holo, non holo) that kind of thing

I can’t remember if primal clash has reverse holos but I feel like that kind of stuff can just be solved by searching key words

I think Malamar's whole thing is how it's a super villain, which is why it's dark type.

In the anime it hypnotized people to do its bidding. And with its mega it can completely rewrite a person's whole personality and memories

Also in mega malamar's dex entry it says that it appears the trainer is giving orders, some say it's actually hypnotizing its trainer to command specific moves

As it views everyone as its pawns in battle

But I think that is an exaggeration as we have seen good Malamar.

My guess is that a lot of Malamar has less than ideal intentions but there are more with good intentions or just mischievous

There aren't many actually evil pokemon. Mainly pokemon acting on their instincts or nature but in the end are good if taught right from wrong and bond with their trainer

Exactly!! Its a cool concept, unpainted and raw, but the concept isnt inherently unique thanks to the rest of the mons in its group

The duality of the codes is that youd get 1, and have to chose between having the mon thats am objectively better shiny, or the one thats more competitively viable (the miraidon has 20 attack IVs, and the one in game has like 30 or 31, making the event one objectively better because of the move foul play)

On top of that you get the opposite mon for the opposite game 💔

Orrr it’s almost guaranteed if you let the beldum use 30 moves, and you hit it with a timer ball

I am going to swap fletchinder with houndoom and was considering using dragalge for my final team to replace beedrill, but like..

I think im kind of attached to my beedrill??? Is it worth canning it and picking up drag or should I just keep beedrill?

Honestly I didnt wanna plan, its so much more fun when your team just.. happens. It feels less manufactured and more like theres a level of genuineness between you and your pokemon than just a strategic pick

I feel like id love dragalge, like its just a cool mon to have and probably use, but at the same time theres something so special about beedrill, I feel more drawn to it because I didnt expect to become attached to it, yet I did
