My Peepy was messed up with two back parts instead of a front and a back part like usual. So, the employee who noticed that has told Mushbuh and asked him if he could do something interesting to the mistake. The Wrong Peepy was modified into a Threepy, and sent to me.

I don't know much about manufacturing on their end but I would assume it's at least partially handmade which is why they say it won't be identical for every model they produce - I don't see how the manufacturers could Accidentally make a third orb for peepy when they've been producing their goods for a couple years, yknow. Tag mix-up makes sense, putting Peepy instead of Threepy, and I think THAT'S the manufacturing mistake, not the making of a Threepy
