Hi everyone…. Not MF specific problem but a problem for me: I bought a 7 Inch Touch Display from elecrow with USB Touch. The Monitor is working well but the touch doesn‘t work. udually it should be plug and play but it doesn’t work lol 😜. The device manager shows a HID touch device is active and ok. Someone with an idea what i can do?

Touch input on MSFS popout panels has never worked. There is a tool called pop-out panel manager that works around that by converting touch actions to mouse actions, and also works around another issue (sim not responding to input while the popout is the active window).

for windows there is a built-in tool to assign the touch input to the right screen. i thought it was called touch manager, but it seems to be called

i changed my usb cable and the tft ( i have ordered a 7 and 11 inch touch) both the same and i have the same on different pc‘s

Does it not show under "Uknown Devices" in Device Manager?
I believe if it is not recognized properly in Device Manager, Tablet settings won't show up.

two usb ports one for power and one for touch. Tomorrow i will test with a other touch monitor. 😆

If you are missing the "Tablet pc settings" it might be some component on Windows is missing?
For me it works right away but usually I need to use the tablet pc settings since it works on the wrong monitor by default, but it does work. If yours is doing nothing, I would guess maybe the whole touch control stuff is not enabled?

@sly rover First you have been sure that it is a Tactil screen see number. Personaly also i bought a LILLIPUT screen but it was not tactil. Mistake of number
About your problem
I have the same with another model**. KENOWA**
1-Put only One USB and look for the Tactile effect see inside Menu NOT USB POWER SUPPLY not necessary difference between Marek said and you but both are well and strong connected NEVER in my case One
2-Verify that it appears on Windows Menu as Marek said Does it not show under "Uknown Devices" in Device Manager? use old menu off W10 to see it
When it works insert after USB Piower Suuply ==> to support power of screen
But in my case if I Stop and launch again my KENOWA screen with 2 USB I lost Tactil effect in that case
==> I have to take off Power supply USB and disconnect USB screen and reconnect again to be recognize the USB Tatcile effect
Try this (not work with Mobil Phone depends of Phone and necessary to buy a convertor) in KENOWA it as written that it works with MPhone but Never for me)

Now things are getting weird. I just reconnected the screen, this time without using the touch connection. I wanted to use it as a regular screen. When I moved it, I noticed it was registering touch gestures on my main monitor! Really strange. I'll try to get the touch gestures working on the second monitor later. At least it's working now. Why is it suddenly doing this? No idea.
i will report... at the moment i have not enough time for further tests....

you have to create a new direct access icon with some strange code and then you get a new screen to configure the touch screen

yeah the "tablet PC settings" lets you choose which monitor has touch

Don`t know what happened. Start my pc again and all of my screens working correct with the correct touch inputs.... Lol... Sometimes it will need only a little bit time....
