Can someone help me find the correct commands for configuring the single-switch reverse levers:
on press
throttle at 0
reverse activation
reverse at maximum
on release
reverse off
I think the most realistic solution is using mobiflight as I can't find the correct one in the msfs2024 configurations

I don't have the new pmdg 737-800, but the older pmdg 737-700 (Msfs2020) required a 2 second delay between activating reverse idle and moving to full reverse.
This can be modeled by doing the idle reverse with on Press, full reverse with on hold (after 2 seconds) and forward idle with on release.

It works, I forgot one detail, the hydraulic pumps must be turned on for the reverse to work
