#DM13A, How Many In A Chain?737 Overhead Build

Evening.

I’m well ahead with my hardware build for my 737 overhead and plan to start wiring it when I have a few days off over Christmas.

I’ve sorted out daisy chaining Multiplexors and have made a prototype 80 channel Mux on Veroboard which I plan to scale up with at least another 2 16 Ch mux boards.

So moving onto LED’s.
Decided I want to use the DM13A for 16 LED’s.
I purchased a couple hundred pre-wired LED’s from Ali and the vendor promised no resistor. Yeah I got resistors.

So I can power the LED’s from a 12v PSU and as the DM13A sinks current, there should be no issue controlling them with the resistor in place.

Using the Data Out Pin, does anyone know the limit of daisy chained DM13A in a serial string that Mobiflight can support?

Two dm13a is max 32 channels total. Then you need to setup a new for the next one or two. And there is max 6 chains on one arduino mega
