#Afds pmdg 737 wiring

Thanks and how is the wriring for the LED light since I need the resistor and a ground and a output slot?
@long pagodaplease take a closer look at documentation. There is a guide to LED diodes and many other components
I got the light working in test mode now so all connection are good. I now have it that pmdg/simconnect A/P P/RST light wont come on when it is on in the sim. Any suggestions which command it might be or did I miss something?
thank for this insightful info. I will give it a try 😉
The exact same thing is happening to me as you. According to what I read, I'm trying to do it with fsuipc, but I'm doing something wrong because the annunciator in my physical cockpit isn't turning on. I've never used fsuipc for 737 programming in Mobiflight, so it's all new to me. Could you show me how you programmed these buttons specifically? I'm trying and I can't (sorry for my English, I speak Spanish, and this is a translation). Thanks in advance.
Did you read the above linked document in the Github wiki? It has instructions on the changes needed to the 737_options.ini file.
That is required to establish communication between the PMDG 737 and FSUIPC7.
Is this resolved?
here are the codes how i programmed it
just remember to expand main landing page in mobiflight and select simconnect instead of fsuicp and put the values on the link i have enclsed for the programming
i hope this help
Yes, Jaime, I read and followed the instructions. I've already modified 737-options.ini by adding the lines as indicated in the manual, but I can't get the LEDs to turn on. I extracted the 737 information from the fsuipc documentation and tried programming with the offset shown, but it still doesn't work. I'm quite frustrated, to be honest...
This can be done without any problems. I was able to program the AP, AT, FMC inputs and the AFDS test toggle switch. The problem I have is with the output LEDs, which do not physically turn on.
Please post screenshot of the output config to one of the Afds leds that do not work, showing the Fsuipc offset used.
Do the leds turn on in test mode?
This is the configuration I'm using, in Mask value with I've tried 0x02 and 0x0004 and it doesn't work either.
This corresponds to the A/P reset annunciator according to the fsuipc documentation.
And so I have the modification of 737_options.ini
Make sure there is a blank line at the end of the ini file.
Your output looks ok
You didn't say if the led turns on with test mode. To rule out any hardware issue.
Blank line at the end, I made sure it was there. The LED lights up in test mode. 🙁
I have an MCP, and all the LEDs are working (I programmed them with SimConnect). The problem I'm having is with these offsets. I can see that in Mobiflight, the original value never changes (it always remains at 0).
Maybe stupid question but, have you updated Fsuipc7?
Does Mobiflight show OK status for Fsuipc7 down at the bottom status bars?
Yep, MSFS, FSUIPC and WASM module in ✅
I am out of ideas
If you ran out of ideas, you genius... there's no hope left for me, hahaha. Thanks anyway, Jaime.
