#MobiFlight keeps losing connection?

Regularly during flying MF is switched off and I am completely rudderless. Clicking Run again solves it but sometimes it happens multiple times during a session. It seems that MF loses the connection to SimConnect every now and then. But I can't trace that properly.
Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?

Just to have a clearer picture, Is this rudder with an arduino connected to Mobiflight or a Windows joystick?

I have used various axes and switches including a rudder yes. I redirect the axes via VJoy. I started doing this because of the problems with 2024 (described elsewhere here), but I currently only fly with 2020 where I have the problem mentioned.

I didn't quite understand your answer. Is this an Arduino running the Mobiflight firmware or is it an Arduino Pro Micro running a sketch to pose as Windows HID joystick, or is it something else? You mentioned Vjoy also.

I only run MSFS2020 and do not have any issues with four potentiometer axes in my throttle quadrant being managed by Mobiflight through Simconnect.

Sorry for my confusion. I also didn't quite understand where you wanted to go with your question.

I use Nano boards which run the MF firmware. Due to the problem with the interference of the axes in 2024, I have temporarily redirected them in MF to VJoy. In MSFS (now 2020 because 2024 currently doesn't work for me at all....) the axes are seen as joystick axes, which works well in itself.

As long as the interference problem of the axes between MF and 2024 remains, I actually want to maintain the redirection via VJoy, although that is actually useless now because I can't work with 2024 at the moment. Do you think my problem is caused by the use of VJoy?

If currently running 2020, then there is no need for Vjoy.

I never use Vjoy, BTW
