Hi, anyone has any idea on how can the rotary switch comes to “OFF” position from “GND”. ? I cannot find the preset for it in MF. Thanks in advance for your support.

hubhop does that sometimes just refresh and they shoudl load. you can always access them from within mobiflight

I see. However the issue is I am not an expert on these kind of things. To me, the benefit of MF was to be a user friendly app. Otherwise I know that I will be lost across all these settings.

@nova bronze
I'm not sure what you mean by lost across these settings.
Unless you want to add/edit presets that are in the database, as an user you don't have to visit Hubhop webstie at all.
All presets available on the website you can choose within MF app.

Searching for presets in software works exactly the same way as on www, with the same filter system.

MF app has function for automatic update of presets in your app if you didn't do it manually via top menu > Extras > Hubhop > Download latest presets.
Auto-update window will show up if the database downloaded locally is older than 7 days.
If it doesn't download automatically, you can activate this feature in settings > General > HubHop > check Check Hubhop presets on application start

Thanks for your time and detailed explanation. I will do my best to make it. And to be sure one more time, you mean that if I make the above steps, İ will see the preset for engine start switches movement right?

I dont know which exactly you need if some of those aren't duplicated but just choose what you need and test

#

I will forward the info about the potentially duplicated presets so copies can be removed to not create a confusion.

Ooppss. I think I misexpressed myself. I’m talking about the command which makes the rotary knob (engine start switch) “automatically” moves to “OFF” position from “GND”. (the Click! sound)

Then what I saw on the internet was using spadnext or another interface to trigger that move. Anyway, thanks again for your interest.

If you have a solenoid actuated start knob (which you have not mentioned) then it might make some sense.

Yeah, we can't read minds yet. You should have mentioned that from the beginning. There is no command to automatically do that. You have to listen for the right condition and when that happens, you trigger your servo.

#

That condition is when the engine N1 reaches around 56%

👍

Of course, another condition to trigger the servo is that the switch is actually in GND position.
