Pulling the thrust levers down to idle will automatically override the auto throttle. There is also a red button on the thrust levers that should disengage the AT.

But is there like a way of doing that automaticly? Because in my flight sim cockpit i have the problem that the a/thr button doesnt work anymore when it gets activated without me pressing the button
or what is the code for turning the athr on and off. There is only a preset for toggleing it. I want one code for turning it on and turning it off

I don't know what you mean? if the button is broken, replace the switch. There is the red button in the throttle lever that also deactivates the ATHR.
The toggle event for the FCU ATHR button should deactivate when it is activated.

For the fenix a/thr there is only this preset. And this preset toggles it. So if its on then its turns it off and if its off it turns it on. But i need a preset where a button press only turns it on and when i press it again nothing happens when its on
