No I don't watched, can you link? I looking on the channel now but just in case I can't find out

Watch the video and get the parking brake working. That will teach you the basics and from there you can take what you learned to set up the autopilot.
If after doing that you can't find the right autopilot event reply back here with which events you tried and which specific flyby wire version you are using

I don't use mobiflight application to configure but I use FSUIPC7.
I already done some configuration and use to work before
The version of FBW I use is the latest from today, right now I'm not on my pc, and is the developer version rather than the stable.

If you use FSUIPC and want to continue with it, not sure why you are not asking in FSUIPC forums for help.
Mobiflight is independent software that can but doesn't have to use FSUIPC events unless it's absolutely necessary, for example if there is no alternative
