They would have to provide more information. Screenshots, what they have done, firmware version of the WWFCU etc. After all, I don't have a crystal ball. 🙂

True, it was a bit stupid of me not to write more about it. I have the problem that I can't push and pull the buttons. Likewise, I can't press AP1, AP2, A/THR, LOC, APPR and the blank button. In addition, the spd display sometimes appears strange
