I am trying to control some steppers but I am unsure of what the issue is. I am trying to build the MTU from 737diysim. I have proper input values from all my sensors but my throttles don't move at all. i have them breadboarded right now to verify proper operation. i can hear them buzzing but they don't move at all. im using 2209 stepper drivers and just random steppers from digikey

You should direct your questions to the 737diy discord server. I recognize that drawing and Karl, from 737diy, has commented that it is a third party design posted in his website, but he doesn't know any details about it.

well this is a mobiflight issue and steppers not moving

How do you know it is a Mobiflight issue if the stepper is controlled by a Nano board which doesn't run Mobiflight firmware?

If you don't have specific questions about how to connect Mobiflight with stepper motors (other than it doesn't work), I think you need to find the author of this design and ask him.
You would have a greater chance of finding another user having tried this setup in the 737diy community than here.
