#Custon Character in string

You haven't specified what hardware. Assuming it is a 7-segment display, even if you could add this character, how would a 7-segment display display that as a character?
Also consider that there are instances where the dot is on with numbers being displayed.
it is using a 20 x 4 LCD. I know the display can display custom characters but cam nobiflight
Custom characters, no. Those need to be loaded on to the LCD driver chip which would require you to modify the MF firmware.
@rustic sigil had been able to display a block character, which might be a good replacement, but I can't remember which character he used.
you can kind of hack it - the lcd's have a bit different character map
