hello, i am use fs 2020 .I want to use 16 LEDs to make an anunciator panel, I have a multiplexer is it possible to use it for this type of assembly.
I have already used 3 multiplexers with switches, it works perfectly.

No. Multiplexers are only supported for input. Use a DM13A led driver chip which works identical to an output shift register and provides 16 ports for single or led strings.
