#Fenix A320 MCDU display data
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
I think asking Fenix devs in their discord would be the best place as you would get an answer first hand
I did try. No response at all. Cheers.
Can't you popout the MCDU screen?
I can pop out the window. The CDU I use is not an HDMI display. It's a programble unit. You need to have access to the LVAR data to display anything. FBW wrote a bit of bridging software so you can display it's outputted data etc.
But then Mobiflight does not support your programmable screen.
It does for PMDG and other aircraft.
Really? How does it appear in Mobiflight?
im testing it right now
Superb. Can you let us know how you get on? What exactly are you testing?
I don't understand how you can display a MCDU screen inside of Mobiflight, not using an HDMI monitor. It would require a custom device AFAIK.
even for PMDG mcdu is not supported AFAIK.
I know the PMDG SDK provides a memory buffer that has the MCDU screen.
but AFAIK, there is no way to read that and display it inside of Mobiflight.
@rigid void
I use a tablet and software remote CDU, its free, at flightsim.to, and works like a charme.
Thanks, but the original question from @rigid void was how to natively display the Fenix MCDU screen in Mobiflight, where he claims to be doing this for other planes.
AFAIK, there's is no way to do that inside Mobiflight.
Your solution works, but it is not Mobiflight.
Sorry, i just want to help. But you are right about the question, my fault.🫣
