I'm looking for a way to simplify the large list of entries on mobiflight for all the inputs and outputs. Is there a way to creat subfolders. For instance to group all my "MCP" inputs into ones folder, all my "EFIS" inputs into another etc. ?

That is a long standing feature request not yet implemented, which is not possible with the current UI framework. A new UI is currently being developed by Sebastian.
